If you are not eating the correct amount of foods and calories daily, your breast milk is greatly affected.
Therefore, you must consume three meals daily as recommended, and a few snacks in between meals.
Your milk requires an adequate amount of calories for your baby to feel comfortably satisfied and full.
If they are not satisfied, they will continue feeding for a more extended period.
That’s why you need to eat healthier foods and eat them more regularly, as well as having plenty to drink throughout the day. This will help with your milk supply, thus improving your baby and their sleeping patterns. The more content your baby feels, the better they will sleep.
Solids Will Help Your Baby Sleep?
